Problem with license server

A few months back, our license server broke down, and I am currently setting up a new one.

However, i seem to be having trouble getting my TVPaint server to work.

I can see the Sentinel License Monitor in the web java applet, so i know it has recognized the dongles, and the software is running.
It is also running on the same network as before, so no firewall setting should have been changed.

However, when i start up TVPaint, it complains about the dongle not being present, even though i have added the reg key to point it towards my server.

The server is running on Windows Server 2008 R2.
The dongles are running in the same usb hub, as they did in the old server.
The clients are Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.
Our version of TVPaint is 9.5.21.3263f Pro (32bit)

My reg file has the following information to cover both 64 and 32 bit needs:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TVPaint Developpement\keys]
"IPServer"="10.0.1.15"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TVPaint Developpement\keys]
"IPServer"="10.0.1.15"

Here is a screen dump of the Sintinel License Monitor

I am using the latest Sentinel Protection Installer and System Driver from the Sentinel website.

Any idea as to why this is happening?
My students will be needing TVPaint at the start of next month, so would be thrilled if we could find a solution before then.

Sincerely
-Jon

Hi Jon_Vinther,

Did you apply the reg file on your client computers ? If you only added it on the server it cannot work.

If it still don't work, please tell us and we will generate a new reg file for you, because new ones are a bit different.

I have only applied it to the client, not the server (Which I just tried to no avail)
