Where to post "bugs" from TVP Win? [SOLVED]

Hi,

I would like to describe a suppose bug that I found today on TVP pro 10 and I am not sure where is the right place to write it.

EDITED: Sorry, I realized that I had pressed the "V" command which was hidden the right panel from my main monitor, and working fine on the other.
Sometimes I can see better with my eyes closed

[Using Win 7, 64bits, TVPaint Pro 10 DEMO 64bits, Pentium Core 2Duo 3.0ghz, 8GB memory]
