I would like to draw some dynamic animation and I'm trying with Autopaint effect.
I tried the user guide example (page 15-2) but it just doesn't work.
Would someone please explain me how to use Autopaint effect?
Thank you

just try the "drawing recorder" panel.

That would be easier :)

1.Find asuitable place to perform the work.

2.Gather the materials and equipment you will need to do the job.

3.remove rust and repair any dents you do not want to be visible when the painting is complate.

4.Clean the surfaces throughly, using mineral spirits.

Because auto paint is an FXstack tool, you need the basic understanding of how the fxstack functions.

autopaint collects information about your stroke, coordinates pressure tilt speed etc
it does this between "record stroke" and "stop recording"
when you are done you'll notice a string of ++++'s under your active layer these are the keys
you can adjust the duration (usually a recording turns out overly long) by draging the white handle in.
and very important, the last step is to aply it!
tvp will apply the stroke with whatever is your current brush
