pixel tracking question

i need to put an animation on top an element in a moving shot.
so i use the 2point stabiliser, i managed to track 2 points with the pixeltracker
so far so good.
now i want to place my animation in the shot.
the problem is the animation is higher resolution then the project.
i thought i could use a large custombrush.
and use the keyframer to import it into the stack.
the stabilizer can then stabilize the brush onto the moving element.
but the problem is that the custombrush gets clipped, because it seems the keyframer first applies it to the frame and only then the stabilizer can use it.
how do i solve this?
because if i use the pixel tracking info in the keyframer i can only use it for the position and not the scaling
i also tried to use source instead of the keyframer to get my custombrush into the stabiliser but this FX messes up the proportions of my custombrush.
I think that is a BUG!
the image source should respect the dimensions of the source, in this case the custom brush, and not splash it out over the full project dimension.
EDIT
Definately a Bug in the Source FX
even when i import my animation as a project it still forces it to the dimensions of the current project , distorting the content.
