Thanks for the people who attended (D.Meslin, Sewie, S.Fleming, Mr Mukai from Japan, etc ...), even if I'm used to demonstrate in various languages, I was unsure about the quality of a webinar from France to USA + the bandwith + the quality of the sound installation + the ability to share an animation screen with enough quality, resolution, etc ...

I apologize about not chatting more at the end, because my firefox just crashed !! :( :evil: :!:

Feel free to ask anything here, even if I might answer tomorrow (especially about the new 10.5 features)
Next time, I will prepare more animations exemples, since this time I mostly had the storyboard stuff ready. (Thanks to our intern Sidonie, BTW)

Was the webinar recorded, for those of us who were unable to attend?

yes ... could make sense, since I was interrupted several time by some people from TVPaint ... :oops:

the next webinar will be much later during the evening, for the sake of simplicity (and tranquility).

Here it is:

http://www.instantpresenter.com/storybo ... 56D983864C" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I had planned to attend the live webinar, but I had to attend another meeting for my job , so I was not able to be there for the live session, but I am watching the recording now.

EDIT: for me when it gets to the Question & Answer part near the end the interface stops streaming and is stuck on "Buffering" (67%) . Reloading the interface lets me resume viewing where I left off, but then it gets stuck again "Buffering" and never gets past 67% . It has been stuck there now for about 15 minutes ... I'm not sure if it is a problem on my end or if it StoryboardArt's server (or InstantPresenter.com server) ?

EDIT #2: Fixed by manually moving the progress bar (at bottom of the InstantPresenter interface) . When I manually move the progress bar forward the presentation resumes playing .

it sounds like the sound is not synchronised with the images, but should be understandable. (or is it my home connexion : too slow ?)

I think it might be your home internet connection. It played fine for me (and no AVG popup ). The only problem I had was what I mentioned earlier: the buffering got stuck at one point and I had to reload the interface several times before I figured out that I could manually advance the progress bar on the webinar recording to get it to start again. After that I had no problem viewing the rest of the presentation. Sometimes the sound lagged a bit , but that is typical of these webinar/podcast recordings. They seem to use up a lot of bandwidth.

It played fine for me, too... but I did see a couple of antivirus popups on the screen capture :-)
