Lots of stuff to like here: the reduced palette and the overall painterly approach (my father would love it).
But all camera pans stagger horribly! There's something fundamentally wrong with them, and it's not (only) caused by panning over animation on 2's or 3's. Was the whole movie produced on a different FPS rate and converted later?
