Update 10.5.0 issues

Guys, I'm experiencing crashes.
They happen when I'm repeatedly selecting with the freehand selection tool or the cutbrush tool and moving to next/previous frames.
Edit:
What happens mostly: go to next instance > cutting with cutbrush tool > crash

Ok, Paul Fierlinger experienced bugs too, but as nobody else had similar bugs, we couldn't know where the problem comes from...
Let's make some test

Hello Sewie,
Did you reset your configuration?

I hadn't reset mine but you usually don't have to do that with a new version. Should we anyway?

Hello Sewie, I have tried what you explain but I can't reproduce your bug.
Could you explain more precisely how the Crash occurs?
Which tool did you use? etc...
Maybe could you send us a screenshot of the problem, that allow us to understand.

No, you don't have to reset your configuration. In case, you could create a new configuration to see if the problem is still here.

I just tried to recreate the crash and it is reproducible.
I created a layer of about 80 frames long (all on ones) with a scribble on every frame. Then, somewhere in the middle of the timeline, I made a selection with the Freehand Select Tool and with the Transform Tool I manipulated it, move it, rotate it, etc. Then to the next frame and used the Cutbrush Tool and stamped it somewhere and then next frame and the same with either the Freehand Select tool or the Cutbrush. If you keep going it will eventually crash.
I could make a screencapture movie if someone could advise me what software I can use.

Before I installed 10.5, I uninstalled my previous version but I kept the settings and configuration. Should I do something specific to reset my configuration?

As I said, don't reset your configuration. You have just to create a new configuration, to see if the bug is still here, in the startup panel.

In case, could you test if the crash occurs if you use another tablet that your Cintiq ? It could be interesting to see all the possibilities.

Hum, I think there is a misunderstanding. I mean, if you could use another tablet (as Intuos or any other tablet) that your Cintiq, on the last realease of TVPaint Animation 10.5. To see if the crash occurs.

I don't know about Sewie, but I don't have anything else but a desktop PC.
