TVP type a key

Is there a way to have TVP simulate a keyboard press? I'm trying to have an autoit script detect input from TVP itself..

For example, can I use "Type a script's command.." to press the "HOME" key, so that any other app will detect it, such as a running autoit script?

Wow, I think that's not possible... But there's maybe something to think about.

Since a George script can create and delete files, I wonder if Autoit could look for the existence or absence of a file and decide to do A or B accordingly? Or to go a step further, a George script could write into the file some letter, word or number that would permit it to pass several DIFFERENT options, to then be read and acted upon by an Autoit script?
