Is there a way to render timecode / frame number?
Is there a way to render timecode / frame number?
I often need to manually number the frames because I need to pass the animation to inbetweening. Is there any way to render the frame number automatically by corresponding number in the timeline?

FX > Render > Time Code Generator. Under User define you can choose frame.

As slowtiger mentioned : FX Stack> Rendering > Time Code Generator . If your action is on 1's then set it to Apply on Selection - Frames and it will number all frames consecutively as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 10, 11, 12 , 13, etc. If you have animation exposed on the timeline on 2's then choose Apply - Selection - HEADS and it will only apply the frame numbering to each new image ,so if you have drawings exposed on 2's then the numbering will be 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, etc. Or if you had it posed out on 4's then you'd get 1, 5 , 9 , 13, 17 , 21 ,etc.Soom wrote:I often need to manually number the frames because I need to pass the animation to inbetweening.
