Still can't set shortcuts to Cmd 1, Cmd 2, Cmd 3 in 10.5

Just installed 10.5.
I haven't found a list of all the changes. But the first thing I tried didn't work.
I've reported this and you'd expect bugs like this to not still be there in a .5 release!!!
What's the best place to report bugs? The forum is chaotic with very long threads that have a tendency to rush off-topic so bug reports get lost.

⌘1 etcetera are available in the keyboard shortcut list, but TVPaint doesn't remember what you assign to the key. (Still not fixed in 10.5.3)

Please Lukas, DON'T create several time the same topic.
You already asked for this fix several time in other topics and I already told you it was about to be fixed.
(following our to do list, it was reported on August 6th)
Some bugs are longer to fix or they are less important than more critical bugs. So please, be patient.

I actually find the forum very easy and convenient. You can go to "View your posts" to quickly find any post you were part of. Narrowing it by "Search results" makes it even easier. And sorry for off topic
