No.
The Save and Export functions are disabled in the Trial Version of TVPaint. The Trial Version is so you may test the software , but to be able to Save or Export work from TVPaint you need to purchase the full license version of TVPaint (otherwise it's "freeware" , and there's no way for a software company to stay in business if they're offering a Trial Version that can Save or Export ; there is no incentive then for anyone to actually purchase the software ) .
