Strange problem with graphics

I bought recently TVPaint10 and I use new mac Processor 2 GHz Intel Core i7Memory 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3,Graphics Intel Iris Pro 1024 MB.
But I am getting such picture when I am movie window with some tools . here you have attachment. Anyone can help me ? Anyone know what douse that problem?

what's your tvpa version (v10.x.x) ?

that is TVPaint 10 Pro 10.5.5 -64 bits

I remember this happening to me from time to time, but not often enough to worry.
TVP 10.0.18 and 11.0 MacPro Quadcore 3GHz 16GB OS 10.6.8 Quicktime 7.6.6
TVP 11.0 and 11.7 MacPro 12core 3GHz 32GB OS 10.11 Quicktime 10.7.3
TVP 11.7 Mac Mini M2pro 32GB OS 13.5

Hello Kayaha,

Do your Mac have a Retina display ? There is a known issue with Retina displays when you open TVPaint in high resolution mode.

To fix it, go to Applications, select TVPaint, and then press Cmd + i, this will open a little pop-up like this one :

Then, click on "Open in Low Resolution", the glitches should disappear.
