Sound import in Tvpaint standard

Hi,
I know there are more features for sound in Pro- version but it must be able to import a soundtrack to sync with in the standard version.
I try to "load sound" but then I canĀ“t find it. No new layer appears.
How does it work?

Where exactly I you loading it from? Can you describe in more detail the steps you are taking?

I load it from a file. Now I can hear the sound but I expect to see a sound wave somewhere to be able to sync the scen up better.

My question pertains to where you are doing this in TVP. The best would be if you could upload a screen print of your TVP's interface to see exactly the place on your interface you use and where it says "Load a Sound Track".

If you want to load a sound track into your project tab, do it directly there. Look at the far left of your Procet Tab's timeline and you'll find a small window directly beklow the timeline, which says Add a Sound Track. Most likely the sound track is already ther now and you will see it.
If you want to load a sound track in the Clip's Timeline, where I think you will want to animate to the track, you will find the Loading window at the very top left of the timeline, where yo see the three tabs listed, Below are two unfortunately hidden, horizontal lines, which you should draw down (like a curtain). This situation will be improved.

Yes, that feature was really hidden but I found it finally. Thanks!

You're welcome. You are not the first confused by the TVP layout and things will change.
