I can not select pure RGB colors from color picker panel.

Hello. I tried to select pure RGB colors from color picker panel, I mean those three colors,R255G0B0,R0G255B0,R0G0B255, but I can't. I can pick those colors from other color tabs,Slider and Bin tabs, but if I pick those colors from those 2 tabs and activate color picker tab, those colors suddenly change. If I pick R255G0B0 from Bin tab and activate Picker tab, current color changes to R255G1B1. Is it normal?

what's your current version of TVPaint ?
The last one is 10.5.7. If you're not using this version please update your TVPaint and then try again.
If you're using the last version of TVPaint, please let me know, I'll check that because it should not happen.
