Button: show/hide other layers with layer attenuation

This came out of this conversation, I created it because TVPaint keeps resetting Layer Attenuation to 0% when you create a new project: http://forum.tvpaint.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=7366" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

- Click the button to hide/show other layers (with layer attenuation value, which percentage value it will remember forever, also across projects and reboots).
- Shift click the button to change layer attenuation percentage.

(You could shortcut it with and without shift, for example "H" and "Shift H" too)

By the way, your request about remembering Layer Attenuation's value is to do listed since you asked for it.

I don't think so : I was talking about the current fact where TVPaint reset Layer Attenuation's value each time you create a new project => this part is about to be fixed, as Layer Attenuation's value should be remembered.

Your button hides / shows layers with Layer Attenuation on, so I assume it will be still useful (you do not always want to enable Layer Attenuation).
