TVPaint keeps booting under menu bar.

For some reason TVPaint keeps booting under the system menu bar. (See attached screenshot)
There's a very small line of the TVPaint window bar sticking out under the menu bar, so I can drag it back down. But after quitting and starting TVP again it keeps appearing there.
Not sure when this started happening.
I used to have this problem when switching from 32 bit to 64 bit, but recently I've only been using the 64 bit version (32 isn't installed).

Strange, this should be fixed in the current version (10.5.7).

Hmm. I am using 10.5.7
Is there a way to force TVP to launch full screen? I usually work full screen, but need to set it manually each time. If it would launch full screen, that would fix this issue for me too.
(Not the full screen thing under 'View', but the one if you click the arrows in the top right corner on the 64 bit mac version)

Indeed : it's weird. I had the same issue until I worked with 10.5.7 version.
The only solution I have in mind right now is to reset your configuration, but you will lose your custom panels and shortcuts.

No, you can't.

Not intending to hijack your question, Lukas, but what are all those adorable custom panels you created?
I must have them...

Ok, thanks. But it would be nice to have, for the sake of more drawing space

I've shared some of the buttons separately in the content sharing section. Not all of them, because some are quite specific to our own workflow, and others are simply others people's code with a new icon. The panel is basically all I use

Let's see if other persons find this request interesting.

Oh yeah that would be nice, especially on smaller cintiqs!
But probably not this disgusting OSX fullscreen, which blocks other displays.

Fortunately, it doesn't block other displays anymore on Mavericks! You can have a seperate app full screen on each display. You can even drag loose panels (unfortunately not tvp's panels though) to other screens while being full screen on a different monitor.
Apple is finally getting the full screen stuff.

Thank you, good to know. Maybe I should give Maverick a try.
