Hi guys!
I'm a TVPaint Pro 10.0.18-64 bits user.

In a pinch right now and really need your help.
Right in the middle of project, suddenly things gone wrong.
Those brush settings I've been created is gone, together with the icon, and some of the default brushes is broken as well.
I can't select most of the brush through the square button (those with no icon image).

Can somebody tell me what's wrong here?
here's what i had tried.

Uninstall, erase the registry, restart, re-install, restart.
Things turned to be the same.

UPDATE

try again with the last update (10.5.7 or so),
and if your problem does persist, try to start with a fresh NEW Config.

I've tried updating, and the problem is fixed!
Yay.

What's left now is, the creation pack icon is still missing as well.
any idea?

do you mind in telling what does start with a NEW fresh config means?
does that means, uninstall, erase the registry, restart, and installing again?

just open the preferences panel > startup tab and select the "startup panel" option.
from here you should be able to create a new config.
