TVP 11 crashing and then failing to start

I have had one or two unexpected crashes running TVP 11. The troubling thing is that when TVP has crashed, I am unable to launch it again. In addition, when I go to the Task Manager, TVP shows up as a running process, but refuses to be terminated. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software. The only thing that appears to allow me to run TVP again is restarting the computer.
Windows 7 Home Premium x64, TVP Pro 11.0

Very strange. I never saw any software having this behavior.
Did you have an error message from Windows ?
Do your remember what you were doing when the software crashed ?

I've had a crash today as well. Just one but I thought I'd mention it because they are so rare and it is a new version of the software.
It happened when I was scrubbing between clips with the audio on. I had a few pretty large projects open, all had multiple clips with audio.
No further problems because I saved my files beforehand.

I think a couple of problems have been recently fixed, but I can not check the list right now.
There will be some updates to download, as usual.

Crash Report:
I cropped a project and saved the cropped version. Then I closed the original version, chose to close without saving, and TVP crashed.

Crash confirmed here on my laptop.
Other situations linked to crop too.

If this is any help in tracking the bug : I can not reproduce this crashing behavior on the Mac version of TVPaint 11 (64bit) . I'm running Mac OS 10.9.4 . Crop tool seems to operate normally, with no crashing.

No problem here.
Inlay texture and brush spreading are very heavy to manage. What was your project size ?

Inlay texture crash!
Upon hitting the paper button, TVPaint vanishes.
This is happening to me on my Cintiq Companion. With only a 320x200 size project!

Chad, where do I find error reporting info in Windows 7, do you know? I will be of more assistance if possible by posting error reports...

Hey there Zoe,
I simply copied mine out of a dialog box that the crash gave me. But if that doesn't work for you, try enabling minidumps:

Maybe they are helpful?

Update! - 32 bit TVPaint release candidate has no problems for me on the Cintiq Companion with the Inlay Texture, up to 1080p. Seems fast and stable.
I'll test this in x64 and x32 on my big workstation when I'm back in the studio shortly.
