Cursor jumping around with 'Undo' and 'Redo' shortcuts

I've been working with TVP11 for a few days now. Very pleasant.
But one strange behavior that has popped up repeatedly is this:

When I'm drawing on an instance that has multiple frames stretched over a layer and, while drawing I repeatedly hit my keyboard shortcut for 'Undo: Last Action' and the shortcut for 'Undo: Multi Redo' every once in a while the cursor jumps around on the timeline for no reason. It's kind of annoying when, for example, you have multiple layers with different instances on other layers that you need for reference.

I suspect some bug in 11 because I've never had this behavior in 10.5.

This jump is not a bug : actually, TVPaint remembers the last action you did (drawing) + your position on the timeline when you apply any change.

So, if you were just scrubbing in the timeline, it won't remember all positions.
It will only remember the last position you had before drawing something / applying an FX or whatever.

This behaviour is made to avoid you to "undo" something without actually seeing what you are undoing (for example, you are undoing on frame 3, but it affects frame 1).

But I wasn't scrubbing, only drawing on the stretched layer with the one instance.
I'll pay closer attention to see if I notice what you explained.

But is this a new thing in v11? Because I never had this in v10.5.

Sorry, I did not explain well maybe :
If you draw on frame 1, then frame 2, then frame 3, etc... until frame 40.
Then, you scrub a little bit, you move from frame to frame without drawing anything (or doing anything else than scrubbing). You stop your scrub at frame 3.
If you undo, the first thing made by the undo will be to go to frame 40, because this is the frame where you actually "made" something for the last time.

The behaviour I describe is not new.

Maybe I did not understand your problem. Feel free to record a video :)

Okay, thanks.
I'll first watch more closely to see if you are right.
