Question Android

Hello everybody:)
my first post. i hope im not in the wrong section.
i bought tv Paint standard last week.It arrived on tuesday. Yay.
i wanted to install it on my new samsung tablet. but then i realized
that i need the unlockcode. so i ordered it. it said few days. it didn't
arrived until today. so my first question is, is this still
normal? don't want to be rude. but maybe its lost?
and is it possible to install it somehow without the unlock code? i've read that you could install the .apk file from the dvd? is this the case only for the beta android version or will
it work for the normal
version too?
i have no experience with android.
but i'm dying to use tv paint:))) can't wait any longer.8D
