Hello,
I was wondering if they was way to combine the filled stroke with the wet brush, to get a "wet filled stroke".

Sorry, it was a pretty undetailled answer.
I checked many ways to do it and I couldn't find something with the existing tools.
So we would need to develop it.
EDIT : I'm wrong in fact : As workaround, you might use the FX Toonshading on a filled shape with a range of 360° and an adapted profile.
I can post images if you want.

Maybe the new inlay texture fx is an option? To convert the shape with the texture you want.
And maybe the new brush spreading can be used too?

Actually, all depends on the rendering you wanna have. Any image to illustrate ? =)

Thanks for all the answers!
Actually the reason is just that I really enjoy working with the filled stroke paint and the the watercolor brush. I will try the methods suggested above.

Well I must confess there is no specific rendering style I had in mind...
...I was just trying to combine two things I really like in TVpaint.

In Annecy, Hans Jorgen showed me how he combined Brush mapping with filled stroke to get a nice rendering :
