[Solved]"Unknown file format" when import footage

I create a project, and set "Frame Rate" to 24, then in the "Import Footage" dialog, set the "Frame Rate" to 12, and select "Stretch to Project Frame Rate". When I click the "Import" button, the Tvpaint told me "Unknown file format", and can't click the OK button(the warning dialog keep flashing), I can't do anything but force exit it.
But I just import png files, and the name is 001.png, 002.png, ..., etc.

I have tried to set the "Frame Rate" to 24 in the "Import Footage" dialog, there is no problem.

I don't known how to solve this problem. Please help me.

I am using MacOS 10.7.5, TVpaint 11.0.2 (64bit) Pro.

It seems to be a bug. I can confirm that on my computer TVPaint crashes when I do the same (import footage with 12 fps and stretch to frame rate).

But I think all you have to do is import the footage with 24fps and then select all the frames and click on this button in the handy custom panel.

Wouldn' t this be the same as stretching the footage to 24fps because you would double the exposure manually?

The method you said did solve my problem. Thank you very much! :D
