Keyframe distortion?

Post by David_Fine »

Is it possible to create a keyframe move which distorts the image, or layer, so that it looks like the camera is turning towards the image? That is, the distortion has to be a free distortion where one side grows and the other does not.

Hold on, I found it! I'm using Distortion, Warp Grid. That does exactly what I want, but I have a problem with it. I am wanting to distort one wall in a room one way, and another wall another, so I have each wall on their own layers. I chose the left wall and did the distortion. Looking good. Now I have to distort the right wall so that it moves with the left wall, but different distortion since it's not moving the same way as the left well. I can't figure out how to add a warp which will only work on that layer while I different warp works on only that layer. I suspect I am missing something very basic here. Help!

Well, looks like I get points for answering my own questions! So I figured it out. I have to render a layer and then move on to the next one. That's it. So I wonder where this info is found online or in the manual? Maybe it's considered obvious, but not to me. Anyway, thanks to me for helping me.
