surprisingly i couldn't find this anywhere
I am using another dongle from my work temporary, but i cannot unlock the existing TVPaint, because it is using the previous unlock code. So I had to uninstall Tvpaint and download a new installation with the right lock/unlock codes
Is there a way to do it without reinstalling? (both on mac and pc)
thanks

The installation has nothing to do with the unlock code since this data is whether in the registry (on Windows) or in your library (on Mac).
When using a new dongle, TVPaint automatically opens the registration window and ask you for a new unlock code.

When using a new dongle, TVPaint automatically opens the registration window and ask you for a new unlock code.
But it shows the old Lock Code, which I cannot change, so typing in the new Unlock code doesn't help.
I guess that somewhere I should be able to reset TVPaint license, but I don't want to sift through registry every time :/

Soom, could you please contact me by email ? We don't talk about licenses and codes on the forum

Yes. The PM will be in the Outbox until it is read by the recipient . Then it will move to the Sent box.

I have this same problem over and over again.
