No I havent updated or changed any of its settings. it's Intuos4

And what's your Mac OS ?

Have you tried to maximize the interface (full screen) and see if it helps ?

Another test : could unplug your keyboard and see if it changes anything ?

32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Yosemite 10.10.1

TVP 10 Pro

I just tried maximising the interface. I can disconnect the keyboard but I have to reconnect as I can't work without my keyboard.

Maximising the interface didnt help. have a look at this

I see on your interface that you are using 10.5.7 : it's good.

But Yosemite 10.0.1 ? Last Yosemite version is 10.0.5 I think, so you should maybe update your OS.

Yes, but that's the point of the thing : see if the issue don't come from your keyboard... To be sure, you have to unplug it and work a little without it.

I did disconnect the keyboard and maximise the interface yesterday, none of which helped, I took a screenshot afterwards.

I am worried about updating OS in the middle of the work especially that I was using tvpaint with this OS for so long with no problem.

I will update my OS if you think it would help, but I'd like to leave that as my last option. Having said that, this is really slowing my work and is very frustrating. Is there an email, that I can contact the technical team directly? I have lots of work to do and need to fix this urgently.

TVPaint 10 worked with the last update of Yosemite, so go ahead.

You are already in conversation with the technical crew =)

So it took me almost the whole day to back up before I change the OS and here is the same problem dont know what to do now! any thoughts?

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but are you running TVPaint in low resolution mode?
(CMD+i on the TVPaint app icon and then check low resolution)

Just checked and all options are un-checked... so no :'(

Try to check low resolution and see if that helps.
