Compatibility between 11 pro and 10?

Hi hi!
I just wanna make sure if version 11 pro are compatible with version 10? ...Specially... If it works to open a fil from 11 pro on version 10? And if yes! ..are there any infrequency, bugs or issue or other simple stuff i should think of?
Would be nizy great for quick response ^^
