TVPaint 11.5 crashes if I use the new fullscreen shortcut

I installed version 11.5 and assigned a key to the new Hide/Show All Drawers shortcut. If I try to use it TVPaint crashes immediately.

Ok, we just tested on High Sierra, it worked properly. This is weird
Did TVPaint restart properly after the crash ? does it happen to crash each time you hit the key ?
Could you please retry with a blank config on a secondary profile, created from the Startup panel ?

Unfortunately the problem persists. It crashes like the shortcut would close the software. But with this fresh config I got a log, which you could find
here (I don't know if this helps)

How big is the dmg file you downloaded ?
We had issues with the download system on the Web site, it's possible that you were affected.
I checked the log file, there's nothing significant.

The DMG is 74.1 MB (74.178.560 Bytes).

DMGs are signed and won't open if they got corrupted...

Ok, so it's another issue.
Then I'd
need to know:
- the kind of licencing you use : Lockcode or Wibu in your TVPaint account
- your system architecture : 32 or 64 bits
- the software edition : Standard or Professional
Does it also happen with the trial version ?

I don't know how I could download the trial. It seems I need to log in for this and then I can only download the regular version.

Hi,
Once you are on your account page, in the "Downloads section", you should have "trial version" just under "My Software (Lockcode).
You can also access this page by clicking "Trial version" on the left of the screen.
If not, let us know.

Sorry... I tried again on High Sierra, using a Lockcode Pro 64 bits version, and so far on our machine it works fine, the same as did the v11.0.10.
Do you use the very last build from the 1st of december ? If so, I'm afraid the only way to reproduce your crash is to ask you for your configuration ...

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately the last update doesn't fix the problem. Since it didn't crash with the demo it seems I need to reset TVPaint somehow to get this shortcut working, but I guess I can't reload my config after this, since that seems to be the conflict, even if I don't understand why.
Could you tell me how I reset my whole TVPaint configuration to default?
