Good day to you!
There is need to transfer your software TVP Animation 9 from one computer to another. Please tell me how this can be done while maintaining the license to another PC by removing it from the previous one?

You have just to install TVPaint on your new computer and plug your dongle on it. You don't need to uninstall TVPaint from the previous one.

Tell me where I can see the key if the drive is lost and the program is installed with the purchased key?

I think sasha thinks the key was created by the computer which was used when purchasing the dongle and doesn't realize that both the lock and unlock keys are tied to the dongle. Sasha, wherever the dongle goes, there you have your software, so if you stick the dongle into a computer that has never seen TVPaint, you can download the demo version and your dongle will turn it into a legitimate, functioning program, unlocked by typing your key into TVP's download panel.

You have to download the full version, using your codes.
The demo will never turn into a full version.

I don't understand what you mean by "and look where key program installed earlier" and "The key is thrown when kopupke lost" .

But what you want to do is really very simple:

1.) reinstall TVPaint on your new computer from the software install CD that you received when you purchased TVPaint. (make sure you also install the Sentinel security drivers on the new computer.)

2.) Now plug-in your TVPaint dongle.

3.) Start TVPaint and enter your lock/unlock codes . (the lock and unlock codes should have been with your original software install CD and hopefully you wrote them down someplace . If not you can contact TVPaint Support to recover your lock/unlock codes from your name in the database of registered TVPaint users)

4.) Go to Check for Updates under the Help menu to update it to the last available version of TVP 9 , which was 9.5.21 . (because the version you have on the software install CD is probably not TVP 9.5.21 , but an earlier version of TVP 9 ).

if you have no dongle, it just means you are a pirate.
We will not help nor give any support to a thief.

Only real TVPaint registered users are welcome to ask us how to move their software from a computer to a new one.
